Production plant

Step 1 - Waxing process

Waxing is done to firmly floss and prevent the knot from loosening.

Step 2 - Winding the bobbin

We wind the floss that has been waxed onto the size of the floss to a standard size.

Step 3 - Assemble the case

Assemble the floss case by inserting the waxed dental floss.

Step 4 - Inspection/Packing

Conduct a complete inspection of the appearance of the finished floss and individually pack the accepted products.
